Muhammad Lawan Jibril is currently working with the department of Information Technology, Faculty of Computing, Bayero University Kano – Nigeria, but he previously worked with the department of Computer Science of the Federal University, Kashere, Gombe State – Nigeria, from 2012-2023. 

Muhammad had B.Sc. (Hons) in Computing from University of Portsmouth U. K, Masters of Business Administration from University of Wales, U.K, M.Sci. Computer Science, from Bayero University, Kano and PhD Computer Sciences from Modibo University of Technology Yola.
